Whilst the mask mandate has been removed, the wearing of masks is still recommended in certain areas, especially health and aged care. We understand that many of our clients are feeling vulnerable in this uncertain time. We have masks available in the front office for your use and we will use one ourselves if you request.
Managing the number of people in our clinic at all times allows us to reduce unnecessary wait times and contact between clients and staff. In order to do this, we request your patience and compliance with these changes:
Normal opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm
Clients are seen by appointment (drop-ins may be disappointed if an audiologist is not available). Please call our West Perth reception on 9481 0912 to arrange a time to visit.
Opening hours may be subject to change if a staff member is ill or unable to work. People with confirmed appointments will be notified as soon as possible.
A significant other always is welcome.
Please arrive at your appointment on time. Do not plan to arrive too early.
If a face to face appointment is not necessary, we can arrange phone consultations and contactless drop-offs and pick-ups.
If you require batteries or other supplies, these can also be posted out or a contactless pickup may be arranged. We also have Remote Access for some hearing aid models.
